Delivery within Australia 

• In Australia, orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post Plus. We charge: AUD $13.40 for up to 3kg
• We will contact you by email to arrange additional payment if order is over 3kg.
• In most cases orders will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
• Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Please be advised that ‘Parcel Post Plus’ is not considered registered post, though it does have a tracking number to allow us to track your parcel. Lost and stolen postage is not covered by insurance. 

International Delivery

• International orders are shipped by Australia Post Registered International Standard Air Mail. We Charge: AUD $25.00 up to 1kg

About Return and Exchange

At Manque Design Online we understand that shopping for clothing online can be a bit scary and off-putting. This is why we have one of the best return and exchange policies around.

With each online purchase of full-priced clothing you are entitled to one exchange free of charge so that if the size is not right you can simply return it to us (at own cost) and have the correct one sent out to you (at our cost). How fabulous is that! And if it looked great on the online store, but just wasn’t right once you got it on, you can return it to us and receive a refund (less the original postage and a re-stocking fee of $6.50). So familiarise yourself with the process below and start shopping, worry free.

If you have purchased a Sale Item, please read carefully:  Please note that we will exchange sizes of sale items but reserve the right to charge additional postage costs. There is no refund on sale items, so choose carefully!  We will only refund on sale items in the case of faulty prodcuts.

Terms of Return and Exchange

Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 30-day period from date of delivery.

Sale Items:  Items sold for over $30 and under $100 are regarded as sale items.  Please note that we will exchange sizes of sale items but reserve the right to charge additional postage costs. There is no refund on sale items, so choose carefully!  We will only refund on sale items in the case of faulty prodcuts. 

Clearance Items: Items that are sold under $50 are regarded as Clearance items and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason, including faults.  

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 30-day period at enquiries@manquedesign.com.au  or on (03) 4343 1113 and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.  

We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). All items returned and not exchanged will attract a $6.50 restocking fee.

Full-priced items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost one time only. All additional exchanges are at the cost of the customer. All additional exchanges beyond the first free exchange will attract a $6.50 re-stocking fee per item. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following:

Conditions of Return/Exchange:

Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item for refund or exchange strictly within 30 days of the date of delivery with the tags still attached. Items not received within the 30-day period will not be accepted.

You must indicate your intention to exchange/return any garment within 30 days of the date of delivery either via email at enquiries@manquedesign.com.au

All deliveries come with a Returns Form. In order to ensure a successful exchange/refund please ensure you fill out and include this form with your returned items. All return items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If returned items do not meet these standards Manque Design retains the right to refuse a refund.

Returning Goods

Please enclose:

1) The completed Online Store Returns Form.
2)The item you are returning unworn and with the tag still attached
2) Your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanged), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost and any applicable re-stocking fees) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.

Privacy Policy

Manque Design understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form.

Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.

Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Manque Design.

Manque Design does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the manquedesign.com.au website.

Your credit card details are processed by Bendigo Bank, which is linked to our banks merchant account.

As required by law, you may "opt-out" from direct marketing material that Manque Design may send.

Purchasers of manque pants should be aware that they are designed to stretch and should be a very firm fit to begin with. They will soften into the perfect shape over time with wearing and washing. All pants are pre-shrunk. They are also cut with extra length to cater for taller women. Please refer to our sizing chart for fitting instructions.
